Users may experience reduced speeds if the network is congested, but this will be temporary and not targeted at any specific application or service.

No specific application is favored over others, and the network does not block, throttle, or prioritize traffic based on the source, destination, or type of content. All lawful content is treated equally, consistent with a free and open internet principle.
2.3 Device Attachment Rules
Only devices that are compatible with industry standards and meet our security requirements may be connected to the network. Unauthorized devices or those that could compromise network integrity may be restricted.
3. Privacy and Security
We prioritize user privacy and ensure that personally identifiable information (PII) is not shared or disclosed unless required by law. We monitor the network to maintain performance and security, but we do not inspect the contents of user communications.
4. Performance Characteristics
We provide broadband internet with speeds ranging from 50Mbps – 1GIG, depending on the plan selected by the user. Actual performance may vary due to several factors including network congestion, device limitations, or geographic location.
5. Commercial Terms
Detailed pricing information, including fees, surcharges, and data usage policies, are transparently provided to users at the point of sale. EMPOWER does not offer packages with usage caps or data thresholds.
6. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring their devices meet the necessary technical standards and comply with this policy. Any activities that compromise network performance, including illegal file sharing, will be subject to corrective actions.
7. Changes to the Policy
